Small rooms!!! No elevator makes moving bags a hassle!!! Unfriendly staff with poor online support!!! Inadequate door security with noticeable light leakage!!! Shower maintenance needed for better functionality!!!

The coffee and pistachio croissant at the bar downstairs were absolutely delightful.

The air conditioning was inadequate, and the water from the shower spilled onto the bathroom floor due to a missing door.

While the self check-in was efficient, noisy neighbors disrupted the tranquility at night, making restful sleep difficult.
